Front Office Assistant

Full Job Description

JD Office Assistant:
• Must be able to manage day to day basic administrative activities.
• Maintaining Visitor data. buying, Maintaining & keeping track of Office Stationaryvisiting various vendors/banks for collecting/depositing cheque’shelp the stores department in packaging & dispatch.
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Manage Office Paperwork, Files etc.
• To take care of spraying insecticide in office area/premises to ensure it is free from rodent’s.
• To coordinate with employees during their pick up, drop & in case of absenteeism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Pune – 412205, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred
