Job Title: Bank Teller / Remittance Officer
• About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bank Teller/Remittance Officer. Key responsibilities will include:
• Performing retail banking transactions, including money exchange, remittance, and personal account management.
• Handling operational matters such as inward/outward remittance, drafts, cashier orders, and foreign currency cash.
• Liaising with customers, banks, and relationship managers on update/follow-up issues.
• Clearing and collecting local and foreign cheques.
• Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience in handling cash transactions.
• Counter experience is essential.
• A minimum of O' Level qualification.
