Responsibilities
The Banker is responsible to advise clients on building, preserving and managing their wealth in alignment with various investment platforms offered by BSI
The Banker must adopt a proactive and disciplined approach to expand and retain existing client relationships and acquire new clients
This position requires availability to travel to LATAM
Develop, manage, and retain premier client relationships, with a high level of satisfaction
As part of a Premier Banking Team, participate in the Bank’s commercial strategy throughout Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, or other countries in Latin America
Work both with existing clients and with potential new clients to grow existing Assets Under Management and to establish new relationships
Provide clients with up-to-the minute investment information and carry out clients’ investment decisions
Partner with different investment platforms of BSI to develop sales strategies for target clients and markets and ensure that cross business synergies are developed
Identify potential clients within existing portfolio that can be viable for Private Banking segment
Ensure compliance in all processes in accordance with BSI established guidelines and procedures
Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

The Banker is responsible to build and maintain effective long-term relationships, delivering a high-touch and superior service experience to a portfolio of premier clientele who have less than $3MM in assets under management. The Banker is responsible to advise clients on building, preserving and managing their wealth in alignment with various investment platforms offered by BSI. The Banker reports to the Senior Banker - Team Leader.
