Job Summary:

As a Banker-Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be the face of IDFC FIRST Bank and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless banking experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets and goals

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
