Join the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) as a Bank Officer in our Canberra Branch and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position offers impactful work that contributes to the Australian people, with an opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline support for the RBA's Online Banking Service and other banking products
Handle customer enquiries and perform a variety of
administrative tasks
Reconcile internal administrative accounts and customer accounts
Assist with daily transactions, Help Desk support, and counter services
Maintain accurate records and manage reporting tasks

Skills and Experience:

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage
competing deadlines
High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
School leavers with a keen interest in learning and developing skills are encouraged to apply
Year 12 or equivalent, or relevant work experience

Your Team:

You will be part of the Banking Department, which provides essential banking services to Australian Government departments. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain a deep understanding of banking arrangements for the Commonwealth.
