Job description
**We are currently hiring for the role of catering Supervisor for one of our locations**:
1. Atleast 1 year experience in management role in catering/ hotel industry. Healthcare F&B experience is a plus.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Kannada & Hindi

3. Strong leadership skills with team and time management

4. Must be known to use Microsoft Excel
• *Role & Responsibilities**:
1. To manage the food requests and orders from the client key personnels and to ensure timely deliveries.

2. Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the food and beverages are issued as per to the quality standards

3. To monitor stocks, purchases and record all transactions.

4. To be data driven and reporting to top management on timely basis.
• *Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Position Title: Banquet Sales Representative
• *Job Description**:
Looking for a motivated Banquet Sales Representative to join our dynamic event company. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving banquet sales revenue by promoting event company's services and venues to clients planning various events such corporate High End Events.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized consultations and site tours for clients interested in hosting events at our venues, showcasing the unique features and capabilities of each space.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, and tailor proposals accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams, including event planners, decorators, and caterers, to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event details using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Mice sales, preferably in the hospitality, event planning, or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
Proactive approach to sales, with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.
