Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping the workspace tidy.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering practices.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in placing orders for bar supplies.
Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of hospitality principles and practices is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is beneficial.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.

Pay: $15.00-$21.76 per hour
