Job Description:

As a BCA fresher at Kodu, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple domains, gaining diverse skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Counseling:
• Provide guidance and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Assist in developing and implementing personalized counseling plans.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progress.

Content Writing:
• Create engaging, informative, and original content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and consistency.

Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Sales Associate:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
