Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Team Management :
• Exceed recruitment targets for new agency leaders and agent enrollments.
• Enhance the quantity and quality of recruitment by developing successful leaders.
• Emphasize quality recruitment through one-on-one sessions with Agency Leaders and Associates.
• Support Platform Development :
• Create a mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to facilitate easier recruitment.
• Performance Enhancement :
• Improve AFYP (Annualized First Year Premium) and the number of cases generated by the unit.
• Focus on developing potential EC (Executive Council), MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), and CEO Council agents.
• Compliance Guidelines :
• Ensure all agents and agency associates comply with IRDA guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure timely contracting of agents and agency associates within regulatory guidelines.
• Competitive Analysis :
• Regularly track competition on new strategies and compensation models related to Financial Executives and AAP (Agency Associate Program) models.
• Growth Execution :
• Identify, interview, and select new leaders from the market through networking.
• Execute plans for agency growth while adhering to laid down sales and service standards.
• Performance Reviews Retention :
• Conduct weekly performance review and planning sessions for the team.
• Formulate development plans for team retention, meeting training needs, and maintaining regular communication.
• Supervision Development :
• Handhold and develop Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents to meet growth plans and leadership practices.
Measures Of Success
• Building a chain of successful leaders (Financial Executives).
• Meeting recruitment (contracted agents) numbers.
• Increasing AFYP and the number of cases within the team.
• Enhancing case rate and case size.
• Achieving high agent satisfaction scores.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
Other Responsibilities
• Coordination with Head Office (HO).
• Participation in sales promotion activities.
• Assisting in the overall running of the office.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Strong selling and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in coaching and developing teams.
• Result-oriented mindset with resilience and discipline.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Education
• Graduation in any discipline; an MBA is a plus.
Experience
• Overall experience of 4-8 years, with a preference for candidates having management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
