The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's mission-driven team in San Francisco. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of AI and cloud computing while working with cutting-edge technology.
What You'll Do
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities with AI-centric organizations
• Consistently meet or exceed quotas and KPIs
• Represent our client at key industry conferences
• Nurture warm leads through personalized outreach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reports
What You Bring
• 1-3 years of BDR experience in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs
• Experience representing companies at industry conferences and events
• Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and the needs of companies working in model building, tuning, and AI product development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with sales tools and software (Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to travel domestically as needed

• Competitive base compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 (negotiable based on experience and location)
• On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $106,000 (uncapped commission)
