About the Role
The Homecare Support Worker is responsible for providing social care support to adults, older people, and their carers in various community settings.

Main Tasks and Duties
Provide personalized support in a sensitive and confidential manner, adhering to Service Users' individualized support plans.
Understand and follow care plans, seeking clarification from supervisors if necessary.
Participate in monitoring and review of Service Users' care plans.
Promote self-care and self-management to achieve maximum independence.
Assist with daily living activities, such as mobility, feeding, washing, bathing, and dressing.
Administer medication according to Company policies and procedures.
Provide emotional support and assistance with rehabilitation activities.
Accountability
The post-holder is accountable directly to the Care Supervisor.

Salary Information
