Key Responsibilities
Hair Services:
Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and hair concerns.
Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair.
Perform hair cutting techniques including trims, layers, and texturizing.
Apply hair color services like highlights, ombre, and balayage.
Style hair for various occasions including updos, braids, and curls.
Provide advice on hair care products and maintenance routines.
Beauty Services:
Conduct skin consultations to assess client needs
Perform facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application
Offer waxing services for various body areas
Provide nail services like manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications
May offer additional services like eyelash tinting, eyebrow shaping, or spray tanning
Customer Service:
Greet clients warmly and build rapport
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Provide personalized service and recommendations based on client consultation
Manage appointment scheduling and client records
Address client concerns and complaints professionally
Operational Duties:
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, tools, and equipment

Required Skills And Qualifications
