Become a trainer within our Group !
As part of our international development and the launch of our Guinot brand on the Indian market, we are looking for a trainer, a true ambassador, to ensure the training, qualitative and quantitative follow-up of the first beauty salons partners.
Tasks
As an ambassador for our GROUP, you will be in charge of training beauticians in Indian the beauty salons partners.
In this role, you will pass on our know-how, and monitor the quality of the beauty salons in line with the strategy defined in terms of image, showcases and dressing rooms.
You will contribute to the adaptation of teaching tools and will lead initial training courses, themed workshops, presentations of new treatments and products, as well as brand presentations to potential new partners.
Detailed Tasks
• You will act as a coach to the beauty salons teams to ensure the promotion of the beauty salons, and the sale and promotion of our treatments and skincare products locally.
• You will ensure compliance with merchandising rules and guarantee the image of our Group's brands.
• You organize your planning with your manager to optimize your travels.
• You lead group or individual training sessions to ensure that your know-how is passed on during visits to beauty salons, and at regional or national events: merchandising (window displays, shelf space, sales area, dressing rooms, use of equipment, etc.), know-how and interpersonal skills, proper application of treatment methods, etc.
In collaboration with your Management, your role is essential for the development and follow-up of the beauty salons in your sector and for our brand(s).
Profile
You must have a degree in aesthetics and at least 3 years' experience in training in the aesthetics and cosmetics sector, as well as international experience.
Available and mobile, you know how to organize your work efficiently.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy passing on your knowledge, are highly adaptable and able to lead training courses with pedagogy.
Dynamic, pleasant and empathetic, you are passionate about the world of aesthetics and cosmetics.
You've already worked in a beauty salon and are familiar with the constraints of this sector.
You enjoy taking on challenges, are tenacious and have an impeccable sense of customer service.
You are results-oriented, dynamic and passionate about the world of Beauty and Cosmetics.
Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to pass on your know-how and guide your customers (beauty salons) towards success.
International working experience would be appreciated
You master Pack Office package.
You are fluent in English.
Salary based on profile and experience.
Fixed-term contract for the duration of integration/training in France (1 month).
Local contract with our Indian distributor afterwards (package: apartment, car, fixed salary, insurance...) - Mission of at least 3 months and more depending on requirements.
