Clarins Canada is currently looking for a Beauty Expert for Calgary.
• *Your role will be**:
The Beauty Expert is an Ambassador of the brand’s uniqueness. Delivering excellent customer care, listening to & understanding customer concerns, and participates to Clarins “unlimited” customers’ attention. Giving personalized beauty advice ensures that each customer feels valued and unique. The individual is responsible to achieve target sales, recommending to customers any Clarins products in line with their requirements, as well as providing an excellent customer service.
• *As a Beauty Expert**:

- Achieve daily target sales by recommending and selling Clarins products in line with customer requirements. Use initiative to create activity and traffic during events.
- Report daily sales amount while highlighting any difficulties and recommendations.
- Execute merchandising guidelines in the store
- Maintain optimum level of stocks, testers, samples and disposable sales tools
- Contribute to the perfect execution of launches, ongoing trade marketing animations and in-store event
• *We want to see if you if you have**:

- Beauty-related experience and/or Retail experience, knowledge of Clarins products advantageous
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- A passion for Beauty
