Beauty Therapist

• Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser cum Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, have a keen eye for detail, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires expertise in both hairdressing and beauty treatments, ensuring our clients receive a comprehensive and high-quality experience. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a wide range of hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. - Conduct consultations to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations. - Deliver beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to salon hygiene standards. - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair and beauty. - Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and building strong client relationships. Upsell salon products and services where appropriate. - Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records. - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Hairdresser and Beautician. - Relevant certification or diploma in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy. - Strong knowledge of hair and beauty products and techniques. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Creativity and a passion for the beauty industry. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
