We have a wonderful opportunity for a Beauty Therapist, who is looking for a dual role – Beauty Therapist and Reception.

Skin focussed role with ethical organic skincare, facials and waxing.
We are focussed on prescribing our clients with the products and services they require from us.
Plus, meeting and greeting our wonderful clients in Salon and on the telephone/email.
If you have a Diploma in Remedial massage there are more days available for massage as well at a different pay rate.
Rate of pay: $30 - $35 per hour, plus weekend rates.

Hours:

Part time – 2-4 days per week.
Beauty and Reception: Sunday, Thursday permanent part time. Mondays and Tuesdays as well from mid December – January 2026.
Location: Bondi Beach NSW.

Established for over 17 years, we are a holistic and dual business, offering both nurturing organic facial treatments, waxing and lash lifts as well as clinical remedial/pregnancy massage, acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Being a central Bondi business, we have many long-term clients who enjoy our professional and warm approach. I have been in business for 30 years and we have a great team of women who are all very funny, warm and professional and we have a good team spirit. Our salon is open 7 days a week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is suited to a beauty therapist who is passionate about our holistic approach to active beauty treatments and who enjoys nurturing their clients. We currently do not provide any machinery-based treatments except LED light.

Please note: we also have this position available for Beauty therapists who are also Diploma qualified Remedial Massage Therapists.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (completed) and experience working as a therapist.
Good skin knowledge and wanting a skin focussed role.
Confident and fast with waxing services (including ******** waxing).
You support a holistic approach to beauty and skin treatments.
You must have a great attitude, good communication skills & enjoy working in a team environment.
Able to work on reception, have excellent English speaking and written skills as there is a lot of writing required via email and record keeping. Kitomba Software is used for bookings.
Ability to multitask and ensure the salon is kept tidy at all times.
