Main responsibility
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and providing beauty treatments to a high standard. In addition you will also be responsible for some receptionist duties and retail sales of products and courses.
Job Description:
• Provide our customers with a first-class customer journey; ensuring the best treatment is given at all times.
• Provide a high-quality customer care throughout all client interaction; consistently.
• Sell all retail, treatments, courses, upgrades and gift vouchers and exceed targets where provided.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, whether on calls, in person or in treatment.
• Always be aware of spa progress - rosters; special promotions; commercial targets & standards.
• Promote the Company, its treatments and products at all times with professionalism.
• Provide high quality holistic and beauty treatments which meet the Cove’s specific criteria.
• Work as a responsible team member in assisting the Branch Leader and all colleagues daily.
• Consistently work towards achieving and maintaining excellence – reputation is KEY!
• To upkeep client confidentiality by adhering to our procedures and legislative requirements (GDPR)

This role profile is not exhaustive; it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to participate in this process and we would aim to reach agreement to the changes.
Requirements:
• ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED IN BEAUTY AT Level 2 and 3 or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide personalized beauty recommendations
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality services
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client demand
