Bell / Amenity Attendant

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Bell Attendant to join our team and help create unforgettable stays for our guests. What You’ll Do

Be the first and last impression for our guests—greet with a warm smile and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
Assist with luggage handling, storage, and guest room deliveries
Help guests access our outdoor amenities, bicycles, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards seasonally
Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
Maintain the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere, keeping entrances tidy and assisting with property upkeep
Be the first and last point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and farewell
Support the Front Office team with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring to the Team

A friendly and professional attitude—guest experience is your priority
Ability to lift and move luggage up to 40 lbs
Knowledge of Whistler and local attractions is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is an asset but not required—we’ll train the right person
