As a Guest Service Liaison, you will be a first point of contact, creating an exceptional experience for our guests, from reservation to check-out. Your warm welcome and attention to detail will ensure a seamless and unforgettable guest experience.
A day in the life
You will attend to guest enquiries and reservations at the front desk, by email and over the phone, checking in and out of guests staying, assisting as required with maintenance and property management and administration duties.
We're looking for
You will have excellent guest relations experience, within a 4 to 5-star hotel or resort preferred
Demonstrate strong computer literacy including knowledge of a property management system, previous experience using HOMHERO an advantage
Skilled at delivering superior customer service and building a rapport with guests and owners
Communicate and work effectively within a team
About the role
The duties include but are not limited to;
Guest relations, ensuring guest satisfaction and responding to feedback in a timely manner
Implementing and maintaining Belle Property Escapes brand standards
Handling guest complaints and resolving issues effectively
Proactively completing administrative tasks to support the team as directed
Pre arrival property inspections
Essential requirements
High level of Interpersonal skills
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Proven experience in holiday letting or a similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Must live locally, have a current drivers license and own vehicle
We currently have a full time position available. Applicants must be available to work across a 7-day roster.
