Fjällräven has an opportunity for a bilingual team member to support our customer experience and marketing efforts for French-speaking gear users in Canada. Based on-site at our Calgary Distribution Center, this full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about language, communication, and creating great customer experiences.

The expected compensation is CA$45,000-$55,000 annually ($21.63-$26.44 hourly), with direct support from the Customer Experience Manager and dotted-line collaboration with our Marketing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Customer Experience

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in both French and English
Deliver helpful, brand-aligned service that reflects our outdoor heritage and values
Marketing Translation & Quality Assurance

Review and refine French-language content for accuracy, tone, and cultural alignment
Collaborate on translated materials for signage, packaging, digital marketing, and web content
Provide feedback to improve consistency across channels
Regional & Cross-Functional Support

Assist in regional marketing support for Québec wholesale accounts (e.g. POS signage, sell-in tools)
Coordinate asset delivery timelines and translation workflows with internal teams
Pre-Loved Program Support

Manage incoming inventory, categorize and photograph products, and upload listings to our peer-to-peer resale platform
WHO YOU ARE

Experience and Technical Skills

Fully fluent in both French (Québécois) and English, with strong written and verbal skills in each
Skilled communicator with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Zendesk and/or retail brand experience is a plus
