Billing Delivery Executive, Kharadi ESP Global Services a 30 years established IT support and infrastructure solutions provider, making large scale IT support simple. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are currently recruiting a Billing Delivery Executive. If you have an understanding of support services or ticket management environments, and have a desire to understand commercial contracts, this role combines those disciplines. The essence of the role is in the management of service ticket billing to our client accounts in support of our service delivery executives. Working with multiple customer ticket system entries to ensure that all assigned accounts are correctly collating the associate billing requirements. Monthly delivery of the financial and billing aspects is monitored and reported on in a timely and accurate manner. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrative and system focussed competency, that also enjoys the interaction with service delivery to our customers Key Accountabilities - Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract, commercials and SLAs / KPIs for each assigned customer to ensure accurate billing of service is in line with agreed customer expectations - Regularly contacts customers for billing inquiry purposes - Accurately manages billing data and daily updates, ensuring a high level of accuracy - Assist in customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain excellent internal working relationships with key departments - Work with relevant parties to ensure effective action plans are in place for escalations and that ‘root cause’ analysis is conducted to determine any required corrective system or process actions. - Monitor financial aspects for each assigned account e.g. billing, time and materials requests, ensuring any invoice queries are resolved. About you - You may have a customer service, service management, system administration or ticket management administration background. - Desire to increase knowledge on the commercial aspects of Service Management - You will be highly organised with confidence and ability to work under own initiative - Possess strong interpersonal skills, which enables you to communicate with customer and team, give clear instructions and provide great customer service - Strong multi-tasking skills - Good software knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Appreciation for ITIL foundations associated with creation, delivery and continual improvement of technology-enabled services could be an advantage Our Offering: - Salary + benefits - Annual pay reviews - An opportunity for both progressive and lateral career development across our business - Progression to service delivery and relationship management - Access to continued learning and development platforms No te: - - We'll not consider Under-Graduates. - Looking for those who can join and can work from Kharadi,Pune office. - Working Days - Monday To Friday - Office Time - +.00 AM - 6.00 PM What’s next?
