Billing Executive

We are hiring Billing Executive for leading hardware industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Process and prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve billing issues
• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to their queries
• Meet billing targets and deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
