Job description
We are a team driven by our shared commitment to excellence in service. Currently, we are looking for a highly experienced Architect to lead our team of Architects, Engineers, and manage BIM projects.

Prior experience in US project management, leading coordination meetings, and handling a team is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for Managing all Arch/Structural project-related activities, including project management, quality control, and timely delivery.
- Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients, consultants, architects, and engineers so that projects remain efficient and effective. Working with stakeholders, who are responsible for producing the project information models.
- Produce and maintain BIM execution plans.
- Knowledge of American building coded, IRC & IBC.
- Must be able to lead the team, delegate responsibilities to meet deadlines, monitor project status, and produce weekly reports for management. Identify project tasks and resolve issues.
- Estimation of Arch/Str and BIM projects.
- Creating Architectural, Interior, and Structural models. Must have basic knowledge of MEP as well. Work on LOD 200 to 500 as per client requirement.
- QA /QC of BIM Projects.
- Clash reports, BOQ, Schedule sheet, Shop Drawings, timeline, and quantification details.

Requirements:

- Demonstrate in-depth know-how during client interaction (verbal and written) to ensure a smooth flow of technical and project information.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM project management.
- Sound knowledge of BIM software/ applications like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360.
- Proven experience in handling a team and project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
