Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated BIM Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in design and modeling. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the design, construction, and maintenance of mechanical systems in buildings, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Solution for the Construction Industry. We are in BETA with our item management system; this allows Architects, Designers, Contractors and Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of building materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and model mechanical systems using BIM software, such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
• Create detailed construction documents and specifications for mechanical systems, including equipment schedules, ductwork layouts, and piping diagrams.
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the performance, safety, and compliance of mechanical systems with industry standards and building codes.
• Perform clash detection and recommend design modifications as necessary
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D models from BIM software

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and modeling using BIM software.
• US experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with construction industry practices and standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (IST)

Location: Work from home (WFH) – Full time
