Biosymm currently has an exciting opportunity available for a friendly and professional individual to join our Administration team. This role is for an initial 12 month period.
What you will do
Reception duties, including greeting and rescheduling patients and processing payments.
Answering and responding to phone and email enquiries.
Bookings and coordination for diaries of practitioners located Australia-wide.
Ordering and management of stock levels
Provide technical support to clients via phone and or email
General administration to support all business areas and employees
About You
Hold a valid Australian driver’s license
Previous administration experience desired, but not required.
Previous experience within the health or medical industry is desired.
Experience with MS office suite, Practice Management software (such as Nookal or front desk) would be highly regarded
