Recruitment and Staffing:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment for blue-collar positions such as laborers, machine operators, and maintenance staff.
Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and ensure the hiring process meets the company's operational needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely placement of workers.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are informed about company policies, safety protocols, and job expectations.
Coordinate job-specific training programs, including safety training, equipment handling, and skill development.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for blue-collar workers regarding HR-related issues, grievances, and concerns.
Address workplace issues such as conflict resolution, harassment claims, or disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws, including wage and hour regulations, overtime, and workplace safety.
Assist in the management of workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist with tracking work hours, overtime, and leave requests.
Collaborate with payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage benefits programs, including health and safety programs, for blue-collar employees.
Performance Management:
Support the performance review process for blue-collar workers.
Help set clear job expectations and monitor employee performance.
Address underperformance and work with management to implement improvement plans.
Employee Retention:
Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
Monitor job satisfaction and morale, implementing improvements where necessary.
Support career advancement initiatives for skilled workers to encourage professional growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
