What You'll Do
• Develop and implement winning sales strategies for the P&B business.

What We're Looking For
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in industrial equipment or packaging sectors.
• Leadership: Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
• Market Knowledge: Expertise in cement, food packaging, chemicals, agrochemicals, and sponge iron industries.
