Job Description
Key Performance Indicators
Weightage of KPI (out of 100%)
Accuracy
● All the reports must be with 100% accuracy
● 50%
Real time updates
● Updating the transaction in expense sheet and on other platforms on real time basis.
● 20%
Reports
● Timely submission of the reports to General Manager
● 20%
Reconciliation
● Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
● 10%
Key Responsibilities
● Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
● Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports
● Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
● Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
● Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
● Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
● Maintains historical records by filing documents.
● Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
● Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Recording of debit and credit
● Keeping the record of invoices
● Filing GST and TDS
● Possess understanding of interpreting financial statement and preparing various financial reports
● Integrity and confidentiality are a high key attributes for this role as they will deal with financial information.
● Timely and qualitative delivery of key financial data is expected from this person.
● Manage the compliance for FEMA and other Govt regulatory body compliance for our organization
● Business Account Statement & profit loss statements & cash flow statements
Requirements
Qualification and Experience Requirements
● Bachelor of Commerce or semi-qualified CA.
● Candidate should have minimum 2 years' experience with accounting packages like Tally / Xero / ZOHO or a similar accounting package is a must.
● The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
● The prospective candidate should possess knowledge in Finance & Accounts, General Ledger Accounting, Record to Report, and Financial Statements.
● Solid time management skills.
● Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
● Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
● Ability to generate Bas would be added advantage
● Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
● Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
● The job also involves handling communication via chat, emails, or phone calls with team in the Australia
● Flexible in shifting/rotational schedule
● Can start immediately & Comfortable working in Australian shift (5AM TO 2PM, work location - Noida Sector 62, U.P.)
