Bouncer/Doorman/Woman

Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bouncer/Doorman/Woman. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, along with a firm but fair demeanor to effectively handle various situations that may arise.

Responsibilities:

Monitor entrance and maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff.
Check identification and enforce age restrictions for entry.
Manage crowd control and maintain order during peak hours or special events.
Respond promptly and appropriately to disturbances, altercations, or other incidents.
Escort unruly individuals off the premises when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques when possible.
Collaborate with management and other security personnel to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with local law enforcement if required and assist in the resolution of legal matters as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information or incidents.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities, with a calm and assertive demeanor.
Physical stamina and the ability to remain standing and alert for extended periods.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures pertaining to security and crowd management.
Valid security license or certification (if applicable) in accordance with local regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
