ROLE OVERVIEW : We are looking for an experienced Head of HR and Operations (from BPO/KPO only) to provide executive level guidance and leadership to company's HR function and operations. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for setting, developing, implementing and overseeing the HR functions/goals, Operations, strategies and team to deliver a best-in class employee experience and operations for India team (100+ employees), while establishing company as an employer of choice to attract and retain talent.
