We are looking for 5 BPO Executive Posts in Gorwa Road with deep knowledge in Bpo Operations, Communication Advisor and Required Educational Qualification is : Diploma, Other Bachelor Degree.
Good communication skills and knowledge, fluency and good accent and a presentable voice are a must. Computer knowledge, the ability to browse the internet, ability to send
and receive emails, good typing speed, expertise in M.S. Office is required,
Answer calls/Email/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
There is inbound and outbound both available.
Male and female both can apply.
For chat process you need 30-35 WPM
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Qualifications and Skills
Should have very good Analytical skills. Should have very good interpersonal skills with
decent verbal and written communication skills.
