Job Description: Branch Sales Manager (Solar)

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the designated area as we embark on this new journey.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive solar loan product sales within the assigned area.
Identify and onboard potential dealers and partners to expand the company’s market presence.
Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
