Position Overview: General Manager/Branch Manager

They are in search of a General Manager who possesses extensive experience in European road freight, groupage, or pallet management. Proficiency in the import/export field or transportation industry is essential for this position.

The Managing Director (MD) is looking for a dynamic individual to take on the daily operational responsibilities, allowing the MD to concentrate on broader strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Multitasking and rapid decision-making skills.
• Interpersonal abilities: Must be accessible, understanding, and nurturing.
• Active participation: Eagerness to engage in tasks personally and excel in problem-solving.
• Leadership: Oversee and assist various departments, including warehouse, operations, customs, and accounts.
• Management: Offer guidance to two other smaller branches.
• Reporting: Keep a direct line of communication with the MD.
