POSITION : BRANCH MANAGER

DEPARTMENT : EEL -SALES

REPORTS TO AREA SALES MANAGER

Team Management

KEY RESBONSIBLITIES :
• Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development and
• positive contribution to the company.
• Guiding Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and thereby
• identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets

Credit Operations Management
• Ensure smooth functioning of Credit Operations Department
• Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels;
• maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.

Technical Competencies Required
• Minimum 4 years experience in Banking/NBFC (Asset Finance) area
• Experience in dealing for Home Loan /LAP/Business Loan/Mortgage Loan/SME Finance
• Hard Core Sales Experience
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Should be very good with financial analysis and also possess knowledge of SME Business
• Proactive, Performance Oriented with excellent communication, convincing amp;
• Negotiation Skills.
• Local candidates would be preferred
