The Role
Truck Centre WA is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Port Hedland operation. This hands-on role calls for a high-performing, dedicated individual driven to support our customers and staff by delivering exceptional service through the sale of genuine parts and quality repairs in the Pilbara region.
This Role would be on a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) from Perth to Port Hedland with negotiable set shift patterns to allow for balance between work and home life.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the General Manager of Aftersales to drive operational excellence.
Lead and inspire your team to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
Foster strong customer relationships to enhance business growth in the region.
Manage and develop branch staff to achieve KPI’s and improve performance.
Ensure adherence to company standards and practices, maintaining consistency and compliance.
Drive profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Pilbara region.
Oversee and optimize workshop operations and parts department processes to ensure efficient work practices.
