Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager position located in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will oversee branch operations, manage staff, handle financial matters, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, developing business strategies, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company policies.

Job Overview
• Achieve sales targets and branch objectives while leading the team towards similar results.
• Mentor and support the team to exceed their sales targets through effective guidance and coaching.
• Present regular reports on daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Develop innovative approaches to enhance the bottom line of the branch.
• Conduct product and process training for new recruits and refreshers for existing team members.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to offer valuable insights to customers and the team.
• Generate new business leads, develop sales strategies, and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure it is efficient and smooth.
• Manage the entire customer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on our products and services.
• Optimize sales and operations to deliver timely and optimal results.
• Adhere to NowFloats' values and behavioral standards.

Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to bring out the best in the branch's personnel.
