Branch Managing Partners

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall operations of the APC (Agency Partner Channel) in the assigned location.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of field sales professionals to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and motivation.

Requirements:
• Qualification: Other Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector.
• Resilient spirit and persistent nature to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude to build strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
• Well-organized with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Minimum 2 years of life insurance agency channel experience is required.
• Proficiency in the local language to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong team-building skills to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Networking abilities to expand the agency partner network and generate business opportunities.
• The result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
