Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Brand Ambassador to join our Edmonton team. This is a customer-facing role based in event and retail settings, suited for someone who thrives in people-first environments, enjoys representing products they believe in, and wants to grow within a results-oriented organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Represent brands in a professional and engaging manner at event-based promotions
Connect with customers to understand their interests and match them with the right products or services
Communicate campaign details, promotions, and product information clearly and accurately
Support customers through the decision-making process and ensure a positive experience
Stay current on campaigns, product knowledge, and promotional materials
Relay customer insights and feedback to the team to help improve future campaigns
Take part in ongoing training and team development sessions
What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Comfortable working in dynamic, customer-facing settings including event-based promotions and retail activations
Motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative
A team player who also works well independently
Reliable transportation and availability for in-person work in the Edmonton area
A background in sales, customer service, or marketing is an asset but not required
