Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategy, segmentation and targeting Brand Marketing Campaigns
• Responsible for executing daily activities wrt non-customer communication and Marketing
• Own responsibility of all the activities involved in a new product campaign launch and manage its lifecycle including critical areas like pricing, promotion, communication, etc.
• Co-ordinate with multiple agencies and vendors for fulfilling creative requirement
• Helping internal stakeholders and businesses in providing all the marketing requirements
• Develop marketing briefs with detailed consumer insights
• Develop marketing plan and evaluate campaign performance for reporting
• Efficiently able to guide the internal designers in designing and copy of creatives
• Regular competition analysis and monitoring
• Explore opportunities to increase brand presence and come up with innovative ideas
• Plan, propose and implement brand campaigns in order to create buzz
• Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention and ROI
• Media planning and agency management (mainline and digital)
• Undertaking Brand Health Study with research agency and analyses to identify actionable
• Adhere to all the audit and regulatory requirement
Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing with 7 to + years of experience in financial services or equivalent advertising agency
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Successfully managed Brand & Product campaigns in the past
• Experience with managing shoots and conducting research
• Self-motivated, team worker
• Keen intent to learn and grow in the space of brand and product marketing
• Should have good understanding of marketing collateral (design, production, merchandising)
