Brand Strategist – Health & Wellness
An exciting opportunity exists for a Brand Strategist to lead growth across two premium health and wellness brands in ANZ, with AI playing a central role in how marketing is executed, optimised and scaled.
Working within a founder-led business, you will own the full marketing remit - from brand and acquisition through to commercial performance - using AI-powered tools to drive smarter decisions, faster execution and more efficient growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing, and who is motivated by a new, AI-driven approach to marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy across both brands within the ANZ region
Drive customer acquisition through a mix of content, digital marketing and performance channels
Strengthen brand positioning through PR, earned media and integrated campaign activity
Oversee social media strategy, including content planning, creative direction and community engagement
Manage and optimise marketing budgets, with accountability for performance and return on investment
Execute across key marketing channels as required, maintaining a hands-on approach to delivery
About You
Demonstrated experience building and scaling brands within health, wellness or consumer sectors
Strong background across digital marketing, content and PR
Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth environment with a high level of autonomy
A hands-on marketer who can both define strategy and deliver execution without reliance on large teams
Strong commercial mindset, with experience managing budgets and driving measurable outcomes
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance marketing performance and efficiency
