Role Overview: As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, and develop and implement action plans to address them.
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability in operations.
• Lead and support operational projects and initiatives, including new product launches, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with operations management software and tools.
