Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Broadband Technician in Kolkata. The Broadband Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing broadband services. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, installing cable television and internet services, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Experience with Cable Television and Cables
• Knowledge of Broadband services and troubleshooting
• Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
