Some of your responsibilities:
Support our BDMs - help with lodging loans, collect and verify key documentation, clarify information.
Build strong relationships with our Brokers - be their point of contact to Bizcap.
Liaise between our internal teams and the Brokers to ensure a seamless broker experience.
Keep Brokers updated on application progress, follow up on pending items and educate them as required.
Set up new Brokers in our systems.
