We are looking for a highly skilled Building Services Mechanical Technician to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our client's commercial site in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The successful applicant will work on a variety of tasks, including preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance, and emergency lighting repairs. You will also be responsible for working on air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs), as well as general building services and plumbing tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and take advantage of our beneficial training courses and programs. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £37,000 per annum, plus benefits.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. If you have a City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering/Plumbing and experience in building services maintenance, we would love to hear from you.
