Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive industry experience to help us implement the best solutions for our business processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our IT capacities and our business objectives.

They should be able to effectively translate business needs into feasible technical requirements and ensure that all projects align with both our IT strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational, and/or operational requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct Gap analysis to understand new business model and additional functionalities to be incorporated into the existing systems.
• Translate business needs to technical specifications, and provide analysis of competing business requirements to determine their relative value.
• Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define a solution, and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Assist with the development of business cases and project plans to ensure they align with strategic goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with project and testing teams to design and implement business solutions, ensuring that all business requirements are met.
• Engage in data analysis activities including data collection, management, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of user manuals and conduct user training.
• Provide support for risk management and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a related field.
• Strong technical and business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers' business needs.
• Proficient in business analysis tools, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to understand and set the direction for a solution.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) will be a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards (such as ISO, CMMI, ITIL) is preferred
