Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions

• Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of processes and applications

• Project management, including the development of project plans and monitoring performance

• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements

• Maintain a library of proposal content for reusability

• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst experience in ecommerce domain or website documentation or with similar role

• Expertise in e-commerce requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for mid-scale and large-scale projects

• Experience in preparing process flow diagrams, scope of work, BRD, FRD, SRS, and user manual documents

• Experience in pre-sales activities, including preparation of feature listings, wireframes, SOW, and flow diagrams

• Proficiency in writing user stories and interacting with clients to understand and document requirements

• Knowledge of wireframing tools and project management tools such as Jira

• Strong collaboration skills with UX teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into mock-ups

• A confident and self-assured communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information to clients
