Essential Job Functions
At least 3-10 years of Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering in P&C Insurance
Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Designing, and developing solutions
Lead and conduct Requirements & Design sessions with the customer
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to lead and coordinate with developers / other architects and stakeholders
Ability to Work in fast-paced Development environment
Work with Peers in planning and coordination of work activities
Experience in Manual or Automation testing.
Experience working in insurance software/solutions. Preferably policy admin system (PAS)
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Qualifications
Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Presentation skills to communicate with management and customers
Personal computer and business solutions software skills
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members and the ability to multitask
