Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

About the Role: Paytm is looking for a seasoned Sales Communication professional to lead entire interactions and communications within QR & Soundbox team. The role is an amalgamation of content strategies & business analytics to keep business performance in the upward trend.

Expectations/ Requirements
DOWNWARD & INTERNAL SALES COMMUNICATION:
1.Oversee comprehensive internal and external communication strategies, ensuring effective employee engagement activities in QR & Soundbox team.
2.Write and edit content for in-house interaction within the sales team, perform analytics, datasheets and storyboarding on business performance.
3.Developing and managing campaign strategies for key programs and using the channels effectively to achieve campaign objectives; working with stakeholders to implement campaign activity
4.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, maintaining brand integrity and coherence.
5.Organize training sessions for employees to foster skill development and continuous learning.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firms .12-15 years of experience in Sales Communication.
2. Articulate complex solutions to business problems
3. Good planning and negotiation skills.

Education : Grad / Post Graduation - Journalism / Communications
