Position Title: Business Developer Intern – Full Time
Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for Business Developer to play a key role in helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.

Major Job Duties
• Work closely with Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting (50-60 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Have to manage Client’s portfolio with Sales Process.
• Schedule meetings and calls for the management team for new leads.
• Effectively communicate the company’s services and solutions to prospects
• Stay up to date on new products, services, and solutions.
• Innovate new strategies to find new leads.
• Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
• Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are Looking for People Who Have
Ø 0-1 year of successful experience in a sales environment positioning a service or technology solution. An electronics background would be a plus.
Ø Experience in calling on senior executives & technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations.
Ø Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail
Ø A passion for sales and technology.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
Ø The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
