Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base by converting leads into sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of sales, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Turn leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our Ayurvedic healthcare products and services.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to provide expert guidance and address customer inquiries.
• Sales Strategies: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of our organization.
• Sales Funnel Management: Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales tactics effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights and improve sales processes.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to help enhance our products and services continually.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for Ayurveda, Yoga, and holistic wellness.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
